A Luxury Proposal at Villa del Balbianello
Charmaine and Darren’s wedding proposal on Lake Como began on the water: a private speedboat tour along the shore, building the anticipation all the way to Villa del Balbianello, one of the most iconic and romantic places in Italy.
The Proposal
After landing at the villa, the couple walked through the gardens and along the terraces over the lake. In the famous loggia, framed by ivy-covered columns and the mountains, Darren went down on one knee and Charmaine said yes. We filmed the moment discreetly from a distance, so every reaction stayed genuine.
The film continues with portraits in the gardens and among the balustrades of the villa, in the warm light of the afternoon.
