Write to us at info@agstudiovideography.com or fill in the form on our Contacts page, telling us your date, venue and approximate number of guests. Within 48 hours we will reply with our availability and send you our brochure or a private link to our price list, with all packages and services.

To secure your date we require a signed contract and a 30% deposit; the remaining 70% is due by the wedding day. We cannot hold a date without these two steps.

Our calendar changes constantly and we usually book 6 to 9 months in advance, so we recommend contacting us as soon as you have set your date.

Our packages range from an intimate elopement of up to 4 hours to full wedding days of up to 10 hours, with one or two videographers depending on the size of your celebration. Extra hours can always be added and, if the size of your event requires it, additional videographers too.

For destination weddings that last more than one day we offer multi-day packages, which also cover the welcome dinner and the farewell brunch. If you have specific needs, we will be happy to create a tailored proposal for you. You will find all the details in our brochure.

Everything is delivered through a private online gallery with a personalized link. Depending on the package, you receive:

• the wedding film, from 5 to 22 minutes;
• a 1–2 minute reel in vertical format, ready for social media;
• a 2–3 minute trailer with the most iconic moments;
• the full recording of all speeches and toasts;
• the most meaningful parts of the raw footage in an uncut version.

All films are delivered in 4K resolution and in a cinematic aspect ratio.

Delivery times depend on the package and on the season, and we will confirm them when you book. If you cannot wait, we offer fast delivery services: priority delivery of your film within 45 days, a social reel delivered within 24 to 48 hours and a Same-Day Edit, a 2–3 minute highlight film edited on site and shown to your guests during the reception.

Absolutely. We also film wedding proposals, engagements and vow renewals, as well as rehearsal and welcome dinners. On the wedding day you can add reels and trailers, live streaming of the ceremony for guests who cannot travel, a dedicated social media content creator and vintage Super 8 film. For the most daring couples, we can also plan a trash the dress session together.

Yes. Where flying is permitted, we film aerial footage in full compliance with Italian aviation rules (ENAC). All our drones are registered and covered by civil liability insurance of up to 5 million euros. Drone filming is included in several of our packages and can be added to the others.

Yes. A dedicated content creator films your day in vertical format, designed for smartphones and social media. You receive the raw clips in an online folder within 24 to 48 hours, plus short reels within one week of the wedding, so you can share your day while the emotions are still fresh.

Yes. A dedicated videographer films your day on authentic Super 8 film with classic cameras, for a nostalgic and timeless look. The service includes film processing, scanning and digital delivery, and it can be booked on its own or combined with any of our wedding film packages.

We call it editorial reportage: we capture the real emotions and the joy of the day with an editorial eye for light, angles and backgrounds. Couples often describe it as a creative documentary.

During the day we behave like stylish, discreet guests with a camera. We stay as invisible and unobtrusive as possible and step in only when a moment needs a little direction. You can see the result in our wedding films.

Several camera angles always make a better film. For small and intimate weddings one videographer is enough, while for weddings with more than 50 guests we recommend at least two videographers, so that no important moment is missed.

Every film is edited entirely by the videographers of AG Studio Videography: we never outsource. Our videographers share the same style, approach and technique, and the editing and choice of music rely on their artistic sensitivity.

We speak Italian, English and Portuguese, so we can talk to you, your families and your guests without any language barrier.

If you need another language, such as Chinese or Russian, we can bring professional simultaneous interpreters with us on the day. This is an additional service, quoted separately.

Not at all. We are based in Milan and film most of our weddings on Lake Como, but we regularly work in Tuscany, across Italy and at destination weddings around the world. Travel on Lake Como is included; elsewhere, travel expenses are quoted separately and we keep them as low as possible.

Absolutely. We regularly work with Italian and international photographers, and the rule is always the same: mutual respect, so that everyone can do their best work. If you have not chosen a photographer yet, we also offer wedding photography with the same editorial approach, so you can book both services with a single team.
