Same-sex wedding at Villa del Balbianello and Villa Lario Resort, Lake Como

"Love is composed of a single soul inhabiting two bodies."
Aristotle

The most romantic lake in the world could only be the ideal setting for the wedding of this loving couple. These two young men, both Irish, have decided to get married on Lake Como, where the neoclassical villas and the enchanting views have accompanied them throughout the day which, as expected, saw moments of pure fun alternating with moments in which emotions created an intimate and romantic atmosphere.

Villa del Balbianello (famous stage used in various internationally successful films) is the location chosen for this gay wedding, which began as soon as the couple arrived both on two motorboats, landing directly at the marina of the villa. Following the reception was held at Villa Lario Resort, where its large park hides unexpected scenarios that were the setting for various moments of the party: from the suggestive natural caves on several levels, to the enchanting terrace overlooking the Lake Como, up to the shade created from century-old cedars.

It is really the case to say that every corner of this villa has been infected by the joy of this marriage: including the cave that, from under the villa, directly overlooks the lake, where these two young boys celebrated their union dancing together on the notes of the song “This Is Me”, a song by Keala Settle taken from the soundtrack of the film “the greatest Showman”.
